Account and Data Deletion – Jain Sattva App

At Jain Sattva, we respect your privacy and give you complete control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your Jain Sattva mobile app account and all associated cloud data at any time using either of the two methods below.

Method 1: Instant In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the Jain Sattva app installed on your Android device:

  1. Open the Jain Sattva app.
  2. Tap on the Profile (प्रोफ़ाइल) tab on the bottom navigation bar (or top bar).
  3. Sign in to your account (if not already signed in).
  4. Scroll down to the Account Actions section and tap “Delete Account & Data” (खाता और डेटा हटाएँ).
  5. Confirm your choice in the dialog box.
  6. Your account and all associated personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted from our database.

Method 2: Request Account Deletion via Email / Web (Without Opening the App)

If you have already uninstalled the Jain Sattva app or cannot access your device, you can request permanent account deletion by sending an email to our support team:

  • Send Email To: dhavaljainmaiet@gmail.com
  • Email Subject: Account Deletion Request – Jain Sattva App
  • Details to Include in Your Email:
    1. Your registered Email Address (Gmail ID) OR registered Mobile Number used in the Jain Sattva app.
    2. A brief line confirming: “Please permanently delete my Jain Sattva app account and all associated data.”

Processing Time:
We will verify your request and permanently erase your account and all associated data within 7 business days, and send you a confirmation email once completed.

What Data Is Deleted?

When your account is deleted (via Method 1 or Method 2), the following data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

  • Personal Profile Information: Your Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Delivery/Residential Address, Profile Photo, and login credentials stored in profile backups.
  • Spiritual Practice & Activity Data: All your saved Jaap Mala counts, custom personal mantras, active and past Jaap Niyam / Sankalp records, and date-wise mala logs.
  • Saved Content: All your personal Bookmarks (bookmarks) and Swadhyay Notes (notes).
  • Firebase Authentication Record: Your user authentication account in Firebase Auth.

What Data Is Retained?

  • No personal app data is retained after account deletion.
  • (Note: If you separately placed a physical product order on our e-commerce store https://shop.jainsattva.com, standard order invoices required for tax/accounting compliance are governed by our store’s legal obligations, independent of your mobile app account.)
